Traveling as Couple
Really liked this hotel - it was super clean, seemed to be newly renovated, and I give the staff accolades. I am a nursing mom who traveled without my baby away for a weekend with my husband. The hotel was wonderful! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room overlooked Fountain Square which was beautiful. Staff was helpful and so much to do was within walking distance. We only paid $9.00 for the weekend for parking too (we did not use valet). ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Although we felt really comfortable, and really liked our room with a view of Fountain Square, we are travelers who spend very little time in the room, and mainly use it for sleep and room service after a long day of sight-seeing. The room service food was some of the worst I've ever had and very unworthy of a 4 star hotel. We ordered the steak salad. Both the steak and especially the lettuce was so old it tasted like it had freezer burn. They were out of the pot stickers which we ordered, and the dessert was incredibly lack-luster.
